While we are going to exercise an abundance of caution due to Covid-19, but it’s time for our first session. Yay!!!!! And it’s all about Denim. Denim is always trendy, always in, and it’s a great way to begin our year together.

We will meet at our Studio in Stanton (308 W. Front Street) in two groups: one at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 19th and the other at 5:15pm on the same date and location. Please, come dressed for the Denim Trend Session.  Here is what you need:

Denim Trend: it’s a session all about you in denim. You can dress it up, make it casual, wear a hat, fun heels, sneaks, boots, or flip flops. It’s your take on denim and how you like to wear it best. ***This is how we will premier Mod Squad ‘21!!

Bring props if you like. for example:

*if the Boho look is your favorite, bring a hat, lots of layered bracelets, headband, sunglasses etc.

*If you like converse and a skateboard, bring that.

*If you like a traditional look: a statement blazer is perfect with jeans and heels.

Make it about You and denim.

**** As with all of our sessions, there is no need to go out and buy anything, unless you need an excuse, simply shop your closet, raid a friend’s closet (with their permission of course), have fun with what you already have. It doesn’t need to be an additional expense, unless you just want it to be.

Here is the mood board for inspiration:

For Modeling Tips: I know you will be a little nervous your first time in front of my camera. Some former Mod Squad girls told me that they had been fan girls for years and were star struck. Who me? That made me smile, but I’m seriously just me and my goal is to capture your personality. Being one of the top 100 Senior photographers across the globe for the past three years, and being one of the top 25 Senior photographers in 2019 is fun and I’m thankful for the accolades. But my favorite is seeing your confidence soar when you see how truly beautiful you are. It gets me every time.

But, I know you are going to ask me what to do with your hands. Ha! I will help pose you but here are a few videos to inspire you:

And here

and now for more fun poses from my favorite supermodel. Do you know I was invited to her model camp this year? In NYC. So, covid-19 is keeping me away for now.

Awesome jumps!

Awesome compilation

Our Schedule: In trying to follow the states guidelines for Covid-19, and wanting to be as safe as possible, we will have to split the groups in 2 so that no more than 10 are in the studio at a time. IF you are not feeling well, have been tested or exposed, please let me know and we will find another time for you.

4:00 First group (sign up on the Band App)

5:15 Second group (sign up on the Band App)

To get to the Studio from Midland: take the 1st Stanton exit. You will stay on this road to the studio. As you get to town, you will pass Wheeler Motor, the middle school, convenience store, donut shop, storage buildings, and we are on the next corner. My cell phone is 432-270-2910 just in case.

A few other things:

Bring your cell phones (Duh!)  We want you to snapchat or instagram behind the scenes...and your friends do too.  It's always fun!

Parents are always welcome, but please wear a mask if you are not being photographed and please keep a 6 foot distance at all times. (I have a compromised immune system due to pneumonia. I get pneumonia so easily).

Come ready to have fun!

XOXO,

Kiki
